Spicy, reminiscent of curry

There are many varieties of helichrysum, growing in different parts of the world.
In Spain, the most widespread variety is Helichryssum stoechas, found particularly in the Mediterranean region.
Helichrysum picardii is found mainly in the northern Iberian Peninsula, along the Atlantic coast and also in the south.
This essential oil is little known, but based on its composition we can suggest some of its therapeutic properties. The main molecule present in the essential oil is Alpha-pinene. Scientific studies indicate that this molecule has anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antibacterial, antioxidant, cough-suppressing and expectorant properties.

Appearance: Clear liquid, pale yellow-green to orange.

Solubility: Soluble in alcohol and oils, insoluble in water.
