The content is protected by copyright laws, trademarks and other international intellectual property agreements. The content of this page may not be copied, modified, published, uploaded, downloaded or distributed in any form without prior written authorisation from Mi Cosmética Casera, except for personal use. The user may save one (1) copy of the content on their computer for private use, provided that they do not modify it, use it for commercial or public purposes, or remove copyright or other ownership notices. Mi Cosmética Casera reserves the right to change, update, suspend or restrict access to this page and its content at any time, without prior notice.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with Spanish law. For consumers, any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the consumer’s place of residence, without prejudice to their mandatory rights. For exclusively commercial relationships (B2B), the parties may submit to the courts of Badajoz (Spain).

Taxes and international prices

All prices on this website are expressed in euros (€). For sales in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, the prices shown include the applicable VAT.

Mi Cosmética Casera is subject to the special equivalence surcharge scheme (Recargo de Equivalencia), under Articles 154 to 159 of Spanish VAT Law 37/1992. This means that the VAT and surcharge paid on our purchases form part of the product’s final cost and cannot be deducted or passed on.

For sales to other European Union countries, where the buyer has a valid VAT identification number and the goods are sent outside Spain, the transaction is treated as an intra-Community supply exempt from VAT, under Article 25 of Law 37/1992 and Article 138 of Directive 2006/112/CE.
In these cases, the final product amount does not change, and a VAT rate of 0 % is applied.

Deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are considered exports exempt from VAT under Article 21 of Law 37/1992. The final product price is the same as in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. The invoice is issued without Spanish VAT, and local taxes (IGIC or IPSI), as well as any customs formalities, must be paid directly by the customer to the competent authorities at the destination.

For sales to non-EU countries (exports), the VAT exemption under Article 21 of Law 37/1992 also applies, without prejudice to any import taxes due at the destination.

Browsing and liability

Mi Cosmética Casera will endeavour to keep the Website functioning correctly, although it cannot guarantee this at all times. Mi Cosmética Casera is not liable for errors on the Website or for the operation or content of external links. These links do not constitute an invitation to enter into any contract. Mi Cosmética Casera has no control over those external sites and contents.

The user declares that they are of legal age (over 18 years old) and have the legal capacity necessary to purchase the products offered by Mi Cosmética Casera, stating that they agree to be bound by this agreement and fully understand and accept the conditions set out here.

Denial of service

Mi Cosmética Casera may refuse orders or block customers in cases of abusive or fraudulent use of the service. This includes, among other cases, deliberately failing to accept orders, providing false or confusing instructions for the delivery or receipt of shipments, failing to collect orders designated for collection, or any conduct causing objective and proven harm to Mi Cosmética Casera.

In such cases, the customer may be blocked from making future purchases on our website and its affiliates. If an order is cancelled before it has been received but after it has been dispatched, the customer must pay the dispatch and receipt costs before the remaining amount is refunded.

Pricing errors and delivery costs

In the event of a typographical, calculation or technical error affecting product prices, delivery costs, customs duties or any amount displayed on the website, Mi Cosmética Casera reserves the right to correct that error even after the order has been placed.

In these situations:

1. The customer will be notified of the correct price or cost before dispatch.
2. The customer may:
   a) accept the change and continue with the order, paying the difference;
   b) cancel the order and receive a full refund of the amounts paid.

No order will be considered confirmed or binding until the customer has expressly confirmed the new amount.
If the customer does not respond within 5 working days, the order will be cancelled and a refund issued.

Conduct and responsible use of reviews

Mi Cosmética Casera values its customers’ opinions and encourages honest, constructive reviews that help other users learn more about our products and services.
However, using reviews, public comments or threats of negative publication as a means of coercion to obtain conditions different from those objectively offered (for example, expired prices, returns outside the permitted period, free services or special delivery conditions) will be considered abusive behaviour.

In such cases, Mi Cosmética Casera may:

1. Respond publicly and transparently to clarify the situation.
2. Block the user from making future purchases on the website.
3. Inform the competent authorities if the conduct is considered to constitute coercion or extortion.
