Find the ingredients to make soaps and natural cosmetics at home. We offer all kinds of products, including organic, virgin, refined, refined organic, raw and first-pressed varieties...

It all depends on what you are looking for and how you intend to use it, as a refined oil can sometimes be preferable to a first-pressed virgin oil.

Refined does not mean lower quality or added chemicals. It means the product has undergone a series of processes (heat, for example) to remove certain characteristics, such as colour and smell.
This is necessary, for example, when using butters such as shea butter. Raw shea butter retains all its properties, including its very strong characteristic smell, which leads many people to choose the refined version. In this case, refining uses heat (70º).
