Responsible packaging, with 0 waste

We know how important it is to care for our environment. That is why our packaging is 100% biodegradable and is mostly made from recycled materials.

For a small business like ours, this means an additional cost that we are happy to bear, so you can have peace of mind when disposing of the box and filler that arrive with your order.

• Box: made from single- or double-wall corrugated cardboard, lined with recycled kraft paper.
  100% biodegradable; you can put it in the blue recycling bin.
• Kraft paper filler: this corrugated kraft paper contains no dyes and protects glass efficiently.
  100% biodegradable; you can put it in the blue recycling bin.
• Packing peanuts: the packing peanuts are made from rice/maize starch and dissolve on contact with water.
  100% biodegradable and compostable.
• Wood shavings filler: filler made from 100% natural recycled wood, with no treatment and/or additives.
  100% biodegradable and compostable.
• Packing tape: our tape is made from recycled kraft paper, and the adhesive is 100% natural rubber.
  100% biodegradable; you can put it in the blue recycling bin.
• Bubble wrap: perhaps the least favourable part, but this plastic is 50% recycled and made from a material that degrades outdoors after 3 months.
  80% biodegradable; you can put it in the yellow recycling bin.
• UPDATE 20 APRIL 2018: we no longer use any plastic in our packaging. It has been replaced by a special honeycomb kraft paper that will protect the products efficiently!

How we protect your order

We have a wide range of boxes and protective materials to help your order reach its destination intact. We take into account that a box may be damaged during transport by pressure, impacts or rain, so we aim to arrange and protect the goods efficiently.

If your order nevertheless arrives in poor condition, a simple phone call is all it takes for us to resolve it.
