Description

Dwarf pine, known as mountain pine or mugo pine, is a conifer in the Pinaceae family. It is native to Central and Southern Europe. It grows at altitudes between 700 and 2500 metres.
Its wood is used for paper making and carpentry. It is also used as firewood for heating.
Traditionally used therapeutically for its anti-infective and tonic properties. Often recommended for general or sexual fatigue.
