It is not just the climate of the harvesting area, nor the absence of cultivated plantations across the island it comes from: it is harvested and distilled at a specific time of year, producing this wonder of Nature.
Its Linalool Chemotype is particularly noteworthy, differing from typical Mandarin Petitgrain oils with their predominant Methyl Anthranilate content and giving it a wonderful aroma that lifts the spirits and eases distress.
Only one artisan distillation takes place each year, so it is not always available.
This marvel is obtained from selected leaves and branches without fruit, making use of pruning periods.
