Description
Lavandin is the result of hybridising Lavender (lavandula angustifolia) and spike lavender (lavandula latifolia). Its scent is more camphoraceous than lavender and its yield is currently higher. Production of this essential oil is also greater than that of lavender, as it is used in many industries (fragrancing detergents, fabric softeners...) and in perfumery.
This batch of BIO super lavandin essential oil has been blended with vegetable oil, so we recommend it only for making soaps or candles, or in cosmetics diluted between 3% and 5%.
Appearance: Clear liquid, colourless to light yellow
Precautions
Not for use by pregnant women or children. People with kidney or heart failure should use it in moderation.
Do not apply directly to the skin. Dilute in a carrier oil or follow the recommended usage rate for creams and other cosmetics. This rate should be 1% or 2% at most.
