Description

Labrador Tea essential oil is obtained by steam distillation of the aerial parts of wild plants harvested in Canada, in cold, damp areas with acidic soils such as northern peatlands. These conditions produce a complex aromatic profile that is difficult to compare with other oils.

Distillation takes place in small batches, helping to preserve the natural richness of its volatile compounds. The result is a deep essential oil with herbaceous, sweet, earthy and resinous notes that give it a distinctive olfactory identity.

This oil has earned a discreet but established place in natural cosmetic formulation for its unusual profile, both in aroma and composition.
