Description

Also known as "Iceland moss", although it is not a true moss but a type of lichen that grows in cold regions, commonly found in areas such as Canada, Scandinavia, Iceland and parts of the United States and Europe.

Iceland lichen has medicinal properties and has traditionally been used therapeutically.
Immunostimulant, anti-infective and anti-inflammatory properties are attributed to it. It is also an excellent antioxidant.
Helps combat osteoporosis and acts as a general tonic.
