Description

Known in some cultures as chilli essential oil, this remarkable product is actually a blend of pure capsaicin extract in virgin olive oil.

At a concentration of 12%, with nothing else added, it provides an extremely potent oil-soluble solution for cosmetic use.

With a rating of 40.000 units on the Scoville scale (very, very hot), it produces a localised warming sensation, ideal for massage products, firming treatments and formulations intended to stimulate skin microcirculation.

Because of its concentration, it must be used highly diluted, with a patch test carried out beforehand.

The most common uses for this type of extract are:

Creams and gels for muscle or joint massage
Anti-cellulite or slimming treatments
Warming massage oils
Cosmetics for cold or tired legs.
Products designed to improve active ingredient absorption into the skin by stimulating circulation.
