Description

Ceramide 3 is known for its ability to strengthen and protect the skin against transepidermal water loss (TEWL).

It is also considered to improve the integrity of the epidermis while protecting skin and hair against photoageing, surfactants, stress and low-humidity conditions.

Environmental factors can compromise the natural ceramides in skin and hair, causing moisture loss and allowing irritants to penetrate easily.

Ceramides improve hydration and strengthen the barrier function of both the skin and the hair fibre, noticeably improving our skin and hair.

Hair conditioner: Leaves hair easy to comb, flexible, soft and shiny and/or adds volume, lightness and shine.
Skincare agent: Improves the appearance of dry and/or damaged skin by reducing flaking and restoring its flexibility.

Use level

From 0,01 to 2%, depending on the skin type and cosmetic being developed.
