Description

Poppy seed oil contains large amounts of unsaturated fatty acids, making it a great ally for restructuring our skin. It is anti-inflammatory, moisturising, antioxidant and firming.
Poppy seed oil is rich in omega-6 (linoleic acid). It contains B vitamins and a high flavonoid content, so it protects the skin from free radicals. It softens rough skin, making it excellent for elbows, feet and knees.
It has a mild aroma and is quickly absorbed, so it is used in ointments, liniments and emulsions in both medicine and cosmetics.
It is also used as a massage oil.

Translated review. I use it for facial yoga without using much product or making my face greasy. Afterwards, it leaves my skin moisturised, with circulation really stimulated and a subtle, lovely glow. I was surprised by its pleasant scent, similar to toasted sesame, which fades quickly. A real discovery.
