Birch forests offer a unique, impressive experience. Their long, slender trunks reflect the light passing through the leaves, creating the distinctive luminosity of these forests. They grow in Europe and the Scandinavian countries.

Birch extract is known for its properties that purify and revitalise skin and hair. Its ability to promote deep cleansing and help maintain the scalp's natural balance makes it an ideal ingredient in personal care products.

Cosmetic applications

It is an interesting active ingredient for anti-dandruff shampoos and products designed to balance the scalp. The concentrated extract can also be added as an active ingredient to creams or gels at a concentration of 2 to 5%.

Note: It is not oil-soluble and must therefore be incorporated into the aqueous phase of formulations.

Recommendations for cosmetic use

Incorporate 2 to 5% into skin or haircare formulas such as shampoos, creams or gels. Perform a sensitivity test before application in the final product.

Precautions:

• Do not use in pregnant women without supervision from a healthcare professional.
• Not recommended for children under 12 years of age in cosmetic products without appropriate advice.
• EXTERNAL USE - DO NOT SWALLOW.
