Vitamin Complex A + C + E and Bioflavonoids.

Description

The three classic vitamins for skin treatments are A, C and E. However, these vitamins are generally not used together, so their synergistic qualities and their ability to protect one another against oxidation are not fully used.

• Vitamin A acts as a powerful antioxidant and free-radical neutraliser. It has a pharmacodynamic effect, helping maintain skin in good condition and supporting its proper metabolism. It acts on normal skin keratinisation.
• Vitamin C also has strong reducing and free-radical-neutralising properties. It plays an important role in the formation of collagen fibres in connective tissue.
• Vitamin E is another antioxidant that particularly protects cell membranes against the damaging oxidative effects of free radicals. Its action strengthens connective tissue, promotes its vascularisation, encourages skin regeneration and prevents the formation of wrinkles and age spots.
• Bioflavonoids are compounds found in all higher plants, with a predominantly protective function. They have a polyphenolic chemical structure that gives them strong antioxidant power through a free-radical-neutralising mechanism.

Its composition contains the following active ingredients:

• VITAMIN A: in the form of retinyl palmitate.
• VITAMIN C: in the form of ascorbyl palmitate, which penetrates more deeply into the epidermis and has better oxidative stability than ascorbic acid.
• VITAMIN E: in the form of tocopheryl acetate.
• BIOFLAVONOIDS: obtained from Ginkgo biloba, whose bioflavonoid content is perhaps the highest in the entire plant kingdom.

If cloudiness is observed, it is advisable to dissolve the product beforehand in part of the water intended for preparing the final product and filter after standing for around 12-24 hours.

Directions for Use

Use between 2% and 10%, although this can be increased to 15% for greater action.

Solubility

Soluble in water. Surfactants. Hydroalcoholic (Water / Alcohol), hydroglyceric (Water / Glycerine) and hydroglycolic (Water / Propylene Glycol) mixtures.

Preservation and storage

It is important to keep hydrolysates and vitamin complexes cold, at temperatures below 15ºC.
