Seawater

Description

Our Seawater comes from Cabo de Gata Natural Park, in the Alboran Sea, 1300 metres from the coast and at a depth of 38 metres. It is microfiltered before bottling to remove bacteria and impurities, ensuring a safe, natural product.

It contains a large number of elements, including the 84 vital elements also found in the human body, vitamins, mineral salts, amino acids, magnesium chloride and trace elements such as zinc, sodium, iodine, potassium, calcium, fluorine and sulphur...

It is also rich in microorganisms that produce antibiotic, antibacterial and antimicrobial substances.

Our body can assimilate all these elements because it has the same concentration of minerals and trace elements as our blood plasma.

When we enter the water and our skin comes into contact with it, we “absorb” these elements and they are renewed, in a process called “osmosis”.

Its exfoliating action cleanses pores and removes toxins, while stimulating blood circulation to add radiance.

Its antibiotic and astringent effects make it an excellent remedy for acne, drying spots and promoting healing.

Its high mineral content also nourishes the skin, providing greater elasticity and improving appearance.

It is also recommended for baths to address certain skin conditions. It has antibiotic properties and combats eczema, allergies, flaking and other epidermal conditions.

Thanks to its potassium chloride, iodine and salt content, it acts as an antiseptic to heal superficial wounds.

It can activate the immune system. It also increases oxygen levels in the bloodstream and therefore the amount of beneficial elements the blood needs to fight free radicals.

Its effects can be enhanced by combining it with other marine ingredients such as mud.

Precautions

If ingested, it causes dehydration because of the salt.

The original 5 litre size is food-grade according to the manufacturer’s specifications.

As a result, other bodily functions begin to suffer from the lack of water in the system, potentially causing;

• Rapid heartbeat, low blood pressure, headaches and dizziness.
• Dry mouth.
• Lethargy and confusion.
• Blood in the stools, vomiting or loss of appetite.

Severe dehydration can also lead to delirium, convulsions and ultimately death.
