Description
Our Monoï oil comes from Tahiti. It is produced by macerating fresh Tiaré flowers in coconut oil that also comes from Tahiti.
Refined coconut oil is normally used to prevent premature rancidity while allowing the wonderful natural scent of the flowers to come through.
PLEASE NOTE: Our Monoi oil is completely natural. This means it contains no fragrances or other perfumes to intensify the scent of the Tiaré flowers.
Do not confuse it with the perfumed Monoi commonly found on the market. Our Monoi oil has a light, completely natural Tiaré flower scent that comes from macerating these flowers in refined coconut oil.
This maceration takes place while the coconut oil is liquid. After a period of 15 to 30 days (depending on the producer and the number of fresh flowers infused), it is filtered and Vitamin E (Tocopherol) is added as an antioxidant.

Me ha resultado muy parecido al aceite de coco y, efectivamente, sin olor. Es un poco más hidratante que el de coco.
