Description

Eucalyptus trees are native to Australia, particularly Tasmania. There are numerous species, around 600, and the vast majority produce valuable, varied essences.
In the past, eucalyptus trees were planted extensively to dry out marshy areas where insects transmitting diseases such as malaria proliferated. They are found practically all over the planet.
In Australia, eucalyptus leaves have traditionally been used to repel insects, reduce fever and treat wounds.

The essential oil produced by this eucalyptus is very similar to eucalyptus radiata oil and, like the latter, is specifically associated with the respiratory system. Its balanced composition allows this essential oil to be used safely by all kinds of users, including children.
