Description

Mi Cosmética Casera Cistus Hydrolat is 100% natural and is produced in Andalusia and Extremadura, where cistus is endemic. Here, we find plants over 3 metres tall with their characteristic flowers, resin, leaves and stems.

The cistus we use is wild, from carefully selected natural areas completely free from heavy metals and pesticides. It is harvested entirely by hand.

Distilling our cistus produces both the prized Organic Cistus Essential Oil and its Hydrolat. The latter is then filtered to prevent contamination by fungi and yeasts and to remove any small traces of plant material that may arise during natural distillation.

It contains no preservative and can last up to 2 years under optimum storage conditions.
