Description
Lemon myrtle is a shrub in the myrtle family. It is endemic to Australia's rainforests.Aboriginal Australians used the leaves of this shrub for their invigorating properties, preparing tea from them and also crushing them to make skin poultices.
In Australia, it is used to flavour dishes and as an ingredient in deodorants.
