Description

Brahmi powder comes from the leaf of Bacopa monnieri (not to be confused with Centella asiatica). Its name comes from the word Brahman, meaning “that which gives knowledge of divine consciousness”.
It is also used as a hair tonic, as it promotes hair growth and revitalises the scalp, reducing dandruff, itching, spots and redness, so it is used in cases of eczema, psoriasis, etc.
Precautions:
- Powdered product. Use of a mask is recommended.
- Contraindicated in pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers and people taking anxiolytics and depressants, as it may enhance their effects.
