Description
Our Beeswax comes from uncertified organic beekeeping, so we cannot label it as organic.
Instead of certification, we have each batch analysed in Spain. These analyses show the absence of hydrocarbons, heavy metals and other chemical derivatives, confirming beeswax of exceptional purity.
White Beeswax can be obtained in several ways:
- Mechanical bleaching:
This is the most natural and harmless process, as it leaves no residues in the wax. Starting with yellow beeswax, activated charcoal and a manual process are used for bleaching, producing a pure product of the highest quality. Our White Beeswax is obtained using this process. - Chemical bleaching:
This is an abrasive process in which solvents bleach yellow beeswax, leaving small traces from the process in the final product. The result is processed but pure beeswax. - Refining:
Refined beeswax actually consists of several ingredients, such as paraffin (around 90%), stearic acid (up to 1%) and the remainder, between 5% and 10%, white beeswax. Refined beeswaxes are not really what they appear to be, as they consist almost entirely of paraffin.
It originates in Indonesia, in areas where pesticide use is prohibited by law. We personally know the families who have practised organic beekeeping for decades and import directly from them, certifying purity and authenticity in Spain.
This is why the price is very low for a wax produced through organic beekeeping.
Precautions
Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.
Do not apply directly to the skin. Dilute in a carrier oil or follow the recommended usage rate for creams and other cosmetics. This rate should be 1% or 2% at most.

Cons (original): Ninguno
