Description

Powdered pumice is a volcanic mineral ingredient used as a mechanical exfoliant. It can be incorporated into soaps and creams for hands, feet and elbows, helping remove dead cells from the skin surface through friction.

Its porous, abrasive texture must be taken into account when formulating. Adjust the amount to the product type and area of application, and carry out a preliminary test to assess skin feel and exfoliation intensity.

Avoid raising or inhaling dust during handling. Do not apply to damaged or irritated skin, and avoid the eyes and mucous membranes. Keep the packaging closed and protected from moisture.
