Description

Eucalyptus trees originate from Australia, more specifically Tasmania. There are numerous species, around 600, and the vast majority produce valuable, varied essences.
In the past, eucalyptus trees were planted extensively to dry out marshy areas where insects transmitting diseases such as malaria proliferate. They are found almost all over the planet.
In Australia, eucalyptus leaves have traditionally been used to repel insects, reduce fever or treat wounds.

Solubility: Soluble in alcohol and oil. Insoluble in water
