Description

Tsuga canadensis essential oil, also known as Canadian hemlock essential oil, is obtained by distilling the needles and branches of Tsuga canadensis, which is native to North America and found in areas such as Canada and the north-eastern United States.
This essential oil has a fresh, woodland, pine-like aroma reminiscent of the clean air of coniferous forests.
It is particularly recommended during bereavement and in palliative care to accompany the end of life (by inhaling its aroma).
