Ätherisches Tannenöl
Die Gemeine Tanne oder Weißtanne stammt aus den Bergregionen Europas. Sie wird zwischen 20 und 50 Meter hoch und kann bis zu 60 Meter erreichen. Ihr gerader, säulenförmiger Stamm ist im unteren Bereich astfrei und kann einen Umfang von bis zu 6 Metern haben. Die aschgraue bis weißliche Rinde ist glatt und besitzt Harzblasen; bei älteren Exemplaren wird sie dunkler und rissig.
Eigenschaften
Ätherisches Tannenöl wird bei Rheuma und Muskelschmerzen eingesetzt. Es ist stark balsamisch mit charakteristisch süßlichem Duft und hilft gegen Wassereinlagerungen.
Es besitzt hervorragende Eigenschaften für die Haut und gilt als natürliches Mittel gegen Flecken, Pickel oder Akne.
